Each of our horizontal machines is equipped with HURCO's proprietary MAX® 5 CNC control system, which helps you get from design to finished workpiece faster. The control impresses with its high user-friendliness as well as the fast dialog-based programming, with which you can mill parts uncomplicatedly and exactly according to your wishes or requirements. In addition, we offer numerous optional accessories for our horizontal machines to enable you to configure them precisely and at the same time cost-effectively - for example, bypass filters, inspection windows, chip conveyors, workpiece position detection, tool measurement with probe as well as cooling air through the spindle or via nozzles. Horizontal CNC boring mills
Our horizontal 4-axis boring mills impress with their efficiency, accuracy and high productivity. The stable cast iron construction of the machine ensures high rigidity and stability of the linear guides in all axes. The B axis can be used as a full NC axis for machining particularly complex workpieces. Depending on the model, our horizontal boring mills can withstand table loads of between 4,000 and 10,000 kg, have a spindle speed of 1,500 to 2,500 rpm with a spindle power of 30 kW, and a 60- or 90-fold tool changer. In addition, each boring mill has individual unique selling points. Our HBMX 80 i horizontal boring mill, for example, is particularly space-saving despite its size, as it has a small footprint.
